Not every problem needs an app. Sometimes the best investment is an automation — something small that does a task you repeat daily, on its own. It costs little, ships fast, and you feel the effect in the first week.

What it means, in plain terms

An automation is a rule like "when X happens, automatically do Y". Without you pressing anything. Real examples:

  • When an order comes in → a confirmation email goes to the customer and an alert to you, automatically.
  • When someone fills in a form → the data lands straight in a table, not in dozens of emails.
  • At month end → the report you now do by hand is generated automatically.
  • When an appointment is near → a reminder goes out on its own, so you stop making calls.

Why it is worth it

Small, repetitive tasks are the ones that steal your day without you noticing. Ten minutes five times a day is over four hours a week. An automation does them for you, with no mistakes and without forgetting.

My rule: if you do something manually more than twice a week and it is the same each time, it can probably be automated.

How much and how long

Many automations come in under €500 and ship in a few days. They are the cheapest way to win time back in a small business — which is exactly why I often start here with new clients.

How we begin

You do not need to know what is possible. Just tell me which task eats the most of your time and I will tell you whether it can be automated — and I build the first version for free.
