I've been a small business owner too.
It all started with a coffee shop in Alba Iulia. The software I needed either didn't exist or cost far too much — so at 17 I started building it myself. That tool became FastOrder, a restaurant ordering app that reached 7 countries — from Dubai to New York — with over €300k raised. Then Beez, a fintech built as an alternative to credit-card debt, launched in Romania and the UK with over €1.5 million in investment. Together, the products I've built have reached more than 500,000 people.
Today I'm back where I started: helping small businesses in Romania get the kind of software usually reserved for big companies: simple, accessible, built around real customers, not features for the sake of features — without the agency price tag.
But what guides me hasn't changed: ship early, learn from real users, and prove you don't need Silicon Valley to build products people rely on.
