Steaua Imperiului
The first strategy game about a Romanian city's history, built with AI. I made it as a gift to my hometown — and you can play it right now, free, straight in the browser.
The year is 1715. The Emperor orders the Vauban fortress built — and you raise the 7 bastions of Alba Carolina, protect your workers from raids and keep the garrison's morale up, following the classic rules of Age of Empires. Libertatea called it the first AI-built strategy game about a Romanian city's history, and in the Alba24 studio I talked about how it can become an interactive history lesson for pupils and a tourism booster for the fortress. First month, with zero promotion spend: 65,000+ sessions and 50,000+ unique users (Microsoft Clarity).

The story behind the game
A history lesson, not a textbook
The 7 missions follow the fortress's real chronology: the imperial order of 1715, laying out the Vauban bastions, the raids, the garrison — all the way to the Great Assembly. The bastion names, the fortification rules, the century's events: you don't memorise them, you live them by playing. And because the game runs free in the browser, on any phone, with no install, a teacher can use it in class tomorrow and a pupil can open it during a break. That's what I talked about in the Alba24 studio: history taught in a modern frame also becomes a tourism booster for the fortress.
Built with AI — by one person, not a studio
A strategy game used to mean a team, a budget and months of production. Steaua Imperiului was built by one person, with AI, in a few weeks — from the historical research to the code and mission balancing, AI accelerated every step. Libertatea called it the first AI-built strategy game about a Romanian city's history. And the real test is simple: over 50,000 people played it in the first month, with zero promotion spend.
„History doesn't have to be a boring subject, or hard to teach. It can be taught in a modern frame that's easy to understand.”
Why this matters to you
The game is the most direct proof of what I do: a real app, built with AI, shipped fast and used by tens of thousands of people. You don't have to take my word for it — you can test it in 10 seconds. I use exactly the same process to build your business's app, through Cramba App Studio.
